Beach Enclave

In 2010 SWA were appointed as lead consultant for a new genre of development in TCI, a fully serviced ten villa enclave overlooking the North Shore of Providenciales on a topographically complex site. SWA were key in developing adaptable and efficient floor plans that suited a short term rental market, whilst delivering a true home away from home experience, all in an appropriate contemporary island style.

Encouraged by the success of Beach Enclave North Shore the developer acquired a second property, this time on Long Bay Beach. Once again SWA were appointed to master plan the project and design two flexible villa types which could be semi-customised by individual owners.

For the third addition to the growing brand the developer returned to SWA's expertise to craft the luxurious Beach Enclave Grace Bay. This master plan married four large ultra luxury beach-front villas with six sister garden villas, each of which was crafted with an ocean view.
