Aqua Verde

An evolving project for a young family, Aqua Verde was first introduced to our drawing boards in 2016. A guest house for a 4-acre villa property on Grace Bay, the home was bult by Norstar and completed in 2022. The home design blends contemporary style and beach living with the traditional palette of the islands. White walls and cedar roof, pergolas and screening is offset by modern lines and accenting. The use of louvers for improved ventilation and solar panels for energy, the home benefits from, whilst treading lightly on, the local environment.

We are please that our client has recently retained our services for a separate office, gym and yoga pavilion which will further evolve this magnificent property.
