Ten bedroom private villa, Grace Bay.

SWA were hired to transform an old and tired but structurally sound existing house into a contemporary bespoke villa.
After stripping the house down to its bare bones the transformation began.
The approach and entry was completely transformed by the inclusion of a dramatic porte cochere and entry refecting pool.
At the heart of the house a hole was cut through to roof to create an atrium where a skylit helical stair of white aluminium rises up with floating wood treads to the upper level.
The upper level was almost completely rebuilt to create two ultra luxurious master suites each with ensuite bathroom, large sitting rooms and "open-to-the-sky" bathroom gardens.
