The Point

In 1995 SWA put pen to paper to sketch, what would become, Point Grace, a boutique hotel and well-loved pioneer of the TCI hospitality market. 30 years later we were delighted that Grace Bay Resorts commissioned us to complete the master plan design for the adjoining 9.5 acres, thus giving birth to The Point.

A low-density ocean front development, The Point’s additional 146 rooms are spread across beachfront residences, pool lofts and garden casitas. The expanded and enhanced development will also benefit from multiple pools, a new reception spa, kids, and fitness clubs. A new dune restaurant joins the SWA designed Graces Cottage in offering owners greater choice of culinary experience.

Now under construction The Point blends the need for a contemporary approach whist remaining sensitive to the scale and tradition of the original development.
