80 Acre master plan for a new town in the Grace Bay area of Providenciales. SWA were responsible for concept design development and outline planning approvals.  Roads and infrastructure have now been completed under a slightly modified design and SWA later designed the first commercial building (offices and shops) within the Village.

A 52 acre master plan & high level conceptual design strategy for a mixed use community comprising private villas, commercial district, hotel & condominiums. The design strategy approach was to seamlessly tie the development into the architectural and cultural identity of Grand Turk by linking the past and future through appropriate architectural styles.
