Beach Enclave

In 2013 SWA were appointed as lead consultant for a new genre of development in TCI, a fully serviced ten villa enclave overlooking the North Shore of Providenciales on a topographically complex site. Pine Cay

Originally established in the 1970s as The Meridian Club, Pine Cay became the first boutique resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands, setting a benchmark for low-impact luxury and architectural simplicity. Sol-e-mar

Ten bedroom private villa, Grace Bay. SWA were hired to transform an old and tired but structurally sound existing house into a contemporary bespoke villa. After stripping the house down to its bare bones the transformation began. The approach and entry was completely transformed by the inclusion of a dramatic porte cochere and entry refecting Sol-e-mar

Aqua Verde

An evolving project for a young family, Aqua Verde was first introduced to our drawing boards in 2016. A guest house for a 4-acre villa property on Grace Bay, the home was bult by Norstar and completed in 2022. Bajacu

With a design conceived by the famous Mexican architect Marco Aldaco the owner commissioned SWA to develop the design from a set of Aldaco’s hand sketches into a set of compliant working drawings allowing the contractor to transform Aldaco’s inspirations into reality. Sea Breeze Estate

Originally designed by SWA in early 2000’s as a five-bedroom family beach retreat, this well-regarded Bajan styled villa has recently undergone a substantial extension and refurbishment. Staying true to the homes classical styling the new eight-bedroom home is built with the same authentic palette of Bajan limestone, cedar shingles and bespoke Mahogony fenestration.
